Le Studio Jardin Mango est situé dans un quartier populaire de la ville de Lomé qui s'appelle Nyékonakpoè. Nous avons deux studios adjacents de taille identique a l'intérieur de la propriété. Le jardin est a partager avec vos voisins lorsque le deuxième studio est loué. Le studio est apprécié pour son calme et le joli jardin dans lequel vous pouvez vous détendre et vous dégourdir les jambes. Aux alentour du studio, vous avez la plage a 15 min a pied maximum, a 1 min a pied vous avez un petit magasin où vous pouvez vous approvisionner en nourriture, en produit de soin et un crédit téléphonique pour vos appels. Le logement qui comprend une Chambre, une Salle de bain, une petite cuisine, une petite terrasse. Profitez de l'ombre que les arbres offrent pour se reposer.
En cas de coupure d'électricité, soyez rassurez! Nous avons un groupe électrogène que vous pouvez mettre en marche pour vous dépannez.
Internet - Wifi Fibre optique (CanalBox). Vous pouvez surfer le net en tout confort. Regarder des videos Youtube, Netflix, composez des appels vidéos avec Skype, Google Hangout, Facebook messenger avec aisance.

Regles a respecter:
- Il est strictement interdit de fumer a l'intérieur du Studio ou sur la terrasse
- Etant donné la proximité avec le studio a cote qui vous sépare d'un mur, éviter d'être bruyant. Soyez respectueux de vos voisins
- Les visites sont permises mais avec discrétion, pas de grand rassemblements ni de fetes. Nous voulons maintenir une atmosphère conviviale pour vos voisin, votre hôte et vous même.
- Attention aux noix de Coco qui parfois tombent du Cototiers. Eviter à tout prix de stationner sous cet arbre. -Seules les personnes annoncées lors de la réservation peuvent résider dans le studio
- Si vous cassez du matériel ou vous endommager le studio, vous êtes tenu de le signaler immédiatement.
- Prière de signaler immédiatement toutes pannes pour que nous puissions régler le problème rapidement.

The Studio Jardin Cocotier is located in a popular area of Lomé called Nyékonakpoè. We have two adjacent studios of identical size inside the property. The garden is shared with your neighbors when the second studio is rented. The studio is appreciated for its calm and the pretty garden where you can relax and stretch your legs. Nearby the studio, you have the beach which is a 15 min walk, a 1 min walk you have a small shop where you can buy food, care product and a credit call for your calls. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a small terrace. Enjoy the shade that trees offer to rest.
In case of power failure, rest assured! We have a power generator that you can start to keep you powered for a few hours.

Rules to respect:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Studio or on the terrace
Given the proximity to the studio next door, avoid being noisy. Be respectful of your neighbors
Visits are permitted but with discretion, no large gatherings or parties. We want to maintain a friendly atmosphere for your neighbors, your host and yourself.
-Attention to Coconut that sometimes fall from the coconut tree. Avoid standing at all costs under this tree.
-Only the people announced during the reservation can reside in the studio
If you break some equipment or damage the studio, you are required to report it immediately.
Please report anything faulty equipment or that needs to be fixed immediately so we can resolve the problem quickly.

The place is looking like what I expected. I am happy.
Tout s'est très bien passé. La réservation est très facile, mais il faudrait prévenir qu'il faudrait revenir confirmer après le paiement sinon on croit que c'est fini.
I spent three weeks in the Mango appartment. It was nearly perfect. The service corresponds exactly to the description it is done in the presentation. The owner is very nice and helpful. The cleaning is respected and very well done. Whereas I am an international banker, used to "good" hotels, the Mango appartment is much more friendly and nice to live in for a long stay . With the garden and the little lounge aside the appartment, we really feel "at home".
