is an apartment located in a house on the 1st flight of stairs in the neirghborhood of Novissi in Lome.
The apartment is fully equipped TV, music player, Wifi enabled( payment need for activation) , each room has its own bathroom with air conditioner in all rooms.
There's spacious living room and a kitchen.
Important details:
The rental rate DOES NOT include electricity. There's a power meter that you have to feed for your own consumption.
Upon arrival, the guest MUST agree to pay a security deposit in the amount of $150/80,000 frcs to be refunded upon verification that there no damages in the apartment.
A good quality Wi-fi system is set up but it needs to be activated for 15,000 frcs. Available upon request.

Things went really great during my stay at this located. The house is situated in one of best neighborhoods of Lome with easy access to the main road that takes you towards any directions you desire. The pictures of the house were the exact match of what we saw. Everything worked really well the air condition cooling the whole house long range WiFi covers the end of the house we really felt comfortable and at ease as if we were home. We will definitely 100% recommend this service

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Seule remarque que je ferai concerne la porte principale de l’appartement. Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité. Je ne la trouve pas du tout solide.
